Congratulations , yes you can apply for deemed University as well as Karnataka state college comes under KEA so you have to do registration in bot the for Karnataka state (KEA) and for deemed University (MCA) do registration and then you can able to get good college accordingly

According to the ESIC Quota cut off in ESIC MC Faridabad Medical College you have good chances of scoring a medical seat in BDS in ESIC MC Faridabad as the cut off expected is 400 that is rank around 76981.

As far as bds or other courses ate concerned you may try your luck at private state level college.In karnataka council you may get a paid

According to the last year 2018 cut off dear sorry to say but your probability of getting admission in Haryana Gthrough state qouta is negligible with this score .The cut off for MBBS govt. medical college was 486 for General Category.
