Dear you are thinking wrong .Infact if the number od seats has incresed that means more candidtaes must have applied for the admission , which in turn incresed the compitition and hence the cut off as the cut off depends on the number od candidates applied, difficulty level

I would like to inform you, that you need to have Atleast 60% in the class 12 Boards with all the subjects attempted in the same year in Class 12 boards with the subjects Biology, Chemistry and Physics .And also some other requirements that there are some age
I would like to inform you that KMCH Coimbatore and Esic is are very prestigious colleges and to get admission here you need to score a very high score to clear the cutoff but i am sorry that at this score it is very difficult to get admission
