Last Year 2018 the closing rank for seat through AIQ and State Qoutes were different for different colleges .

Well according to last year's cutoff you may have chances. But I can't say anything surely only on the basis of the state rank. You need to provide more information like neet score or all India rank. 

So kindly provide more details and ask for queries.

These are the college types as per request:-

1. North Eastern Institute of Ayurveda and Homeopathy, Shillong (Government)

2. Faculty of Ayurveda Institute of Medical Science(Public)

3. National Institue of Ayurveda, Jaipur(Public)
