You do have a slight chance to get a government mbbs seat through state quota since last year the cutoff for your category went upto 372. With your marks, you may be able to secure a seat through UP state quota.

Frankly, 219 is less for a good government medical college. This year especially when marks and ranks have shuffled very much. Even for a good private college your rank must be little low.
