Dear aspirant, I am sorry but it is not possible to predict cut off beforehand. Cut offs vary every year depending on various factors like no. Of candidates appearing, level of exam, percentile etc. We  have no option but to wait for until colleges themselves release cut offs for this

Sorry to say but your score not good in NEET 2019. Thouugh you belong to the SC category it's difficult to get government college. You can try for government college also if you want. But you can get a seat the private colleges. So better you can try

I am sorry but you cannot apply for both nri as well as general quota.

As general quota is meant for only indian citizens. No nri candidate can get admission through government quota. They need to avail for a seat through nri quota.

However if nri seats remain vvacant
