According to the expected cut off your probability of getting the admission is quite hard as the last year cut off was above 390.So sorry to say but you have hard chances. For 15% qouta the marks required for getting the admission in 461 for general category.

Though you have not mentioned your category but no issues ,sorry to say dear with this rank you wont be able to get a good govt. college.If you wish fir BAMS college you can get admission in BAMS medical college but not in MBBS and in BDS too

If you wish to get admission in other state private Medical colleges then you need to register of that particular state website but there are some states like Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Gujarat etc., Where non-domicile students can apply for Deemed Universities only, They will not be eligible to apply

See as per your Marks-471 it is difficult to get a Government Medical Seat even if you have a state quota and another quota if applicable. You should have maintained a score above 550 to be on the safer side.
