May I know about which exam's counselling process are you talking about. Basically every couselling requires the following set of documents.

• Result of That Exam

• Admit Card of the respective exam.

• Passing Certificate and Mark Sheet of class X & XII

• Category Certificate (if applicable)

• Character Certificate

• Migration Certificate

It is really difficult to predict if you would get any seats in medical college, if you just mention the catrgory rank. But, with the recent trends, this catrgory ranking would get private colleges easily worth 7 lakhs or more. You shoild at least mention the score.
