Well according to last year's cutoff you have chances of getting colleges like 

1.NDMC Medical College, Delhi

2.Dr. B.S.A. Medical College, Delhi

But the chances are very less since your score is on the line

See as per your Marks it is difficult to get a Medical Seat even if you have a state quota and another quota if applicable. You should have scored more than 550 to be on the safer side.

If I consider previous years record, then the chances to get admission in government colleges are mild.
The last year's cut off marks for general category was 469.
There is no loss in trying, because the cut off vary every year depending upon the difficulty level of the questions
