The final decision would be yours considering your preferences like which College is nearer to you ,the course fee etc .But according to me you should go for AIIMS because AIIMS is a national institute and would be better then the Mysore Medical College .

You can not apply for two different states as domicile student for their 85% government seats. However some states like Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal accept application without domicile, so you can apply there.

No there is no difference. The degree will be given by the medical council and at the end of the day all are medical graduates.The weightage will not decrease due to studying in any particular college. So yes all the degrees are same.The name of colleges may be mentioned but

Hi lakshmi.you have secured a descent marks on your category basis.you can approach government College on your category basis but as the cut off s are varying drastically it is a bit difficult to exactly approach what would be the college to be chosen.compare the previous year cut off marks
