As neet results are declared you can get your admission in state college through neet marks by searching the cut off rank or marks on offical website of each college you want to join. Otherwise wait for the offical announcement by your state government, for example: I belong to Telangana

To get admission in a Government college for BAMS/BHMS course, your score should be above 350 marks.As per your question and details you are getting 540 in neet  that's a very good score although you haven't provided much information about the category therefore It's quite difficult to predict
