I have done my 11th and 12th from Delhi. Am i eligible for 85% state quota? My state domicile is Uttar Pradesh

Hi Saurabh, different states have different criteria for eligibility in state quota. Thankfully, Delhi considers the candidate wo finished his +2 exam from there, eligible for a seat under 85% state quota. On the other hand, since you also have a domicile of Uttar Pradesh, you are eligible for 85%

In karnataka state counselling the option OTHERS means

Hi P Srinivas,

In Karnataka state counselling three types of seats are available for Non Karnataka students. 

OPN- Open category

OTH - Others 

NRI

These are available only for PRIVATE colleges.

OTHERS(OTH) means tha the annual fees of the college will be much more as compared to OPN.
