Dear Jerusha, for being able to attend any State Medical Counselling, you should hold the domicile of that particular State. Only such candidates are eligible for participating in State Counselling. You dont see 'State' option because the State Counselling authorities have clearly mentioned that no other State candidates can appear

Well according to last year's cutoff yes you can get into a government medical college in tamil nadu. 

You have great chances under 85 percent state quota. Also you haven't mentioned a category. I would be able to tell you better if you provide that information.

Hi dear,

Last year Mbbs cut off for general candidates under state quota of TN was 370 at Rajah Muthiah Medical College, Annamalainagar and under AIQ was 453 at
Govt. Medical College, Tirunelveli.
So going by previous years cut off you can expect to get a seat at 512 however

You have not scored such good marks so only way you can get admission is management quota.
For getting admission through management quota in IRT Medical College you need to pay alot of money.
It depends on college how much money they ask but you can definelty get admission
