If you have mentioned your category as obc-ncl you need to produce the certificate as this will be checked during counselling before admission.

Yes, if you cannot produce your OBC certificate you will be considered a general category candidate, so you must apply for general category while filling the application form.
Now the time for making changes in neet ug application form is over. So if you have selected OBC category you must produce your documents during counselling to get a seat under OBC category.

Nope you cannot change your category during counselling once the results are out and the application is registered you cannot change it and if you take wrong certificates for counselling will not be considered. You can change your category for jee april form during 8/3/2020-12/3/2020 during gthe correction window.
