You have a decent score , but it's very tough to get MIET, Jammu with your branch choice. So make some other preferences set of colleges.

Dewan VS Institute of engineering and technology, meerut is a private college approved by AICTE and is affiliated to Dr. Apj abdul kalam technical university, lucknow. It has been given a overall rating of 4/5 and placement rating of 3/5 as per careers360. 

Whereas,

Miet has more placement than all college in Meerut but study and infrastructure is good of bit Meerut . And placement of bit is also good 

If we want all rounder college then go for bit meruut
