Sir I Got TFW Seat in MIET MEERUT But they are asking for full FEES where should I complain please help me with it

You can contact the upsee administration about it if you have a TWF seat then you have submit comparatively less amount but please first cross check on your end that your papers are correct or not then you can contact them though call or write to them through email.
