The rank predicton & admission possibilities would be difficult as Marking scheme has been changed, Previous year the Marking scheme was of total marks 200 but this year it is 800, Four marks will be awarded for every correct answer.

To know about the rank & admission possibilities I would suggest you to wait till it officially announced.

Manipal Academy of Higher Education has released the score card of MUOET 2019.

However, the result of MUOET 2019 will be announced on or before May 4, 2019 . Through MUOET result 2019, candidates can know their secured scores and ranks.
The merit list of MUOET 2019 will also be released by the authorities through which the you'll be able to Know your rank.

MU OET just changed it's marking scheme this year. 
So it's difficult to predict cutoffs manually. As ranks are not known, cutoff marks can't be calculated for any specific branch.
As of now, you can estimate the cut off ranks according to the previous year trend only. Link to which is given below.
4th of May is the estimated date of result declaration.
It's just a few days away. So you can better wait for the actual result as other sources are not trustworthy due to the change in Exam pattern.
After the results are out you will be able to get the idea of cutoff marks according to the previous year cutoff rank trends.

You need a rank of around 3000 to get into manipal campus for cse branch.
