unfortunately . You need at least 120+ marks for anything like Instrumentation & Control Engineering, or even for Bio-Med. In short, you wouldn't be getting any good branch. Straightforward. Your rank would be in 15K+.

The admissions are based on your rank and rank depends upon various factors like number of applicants fill the form, number of applicants finally appeared in the exam, number of questions asked in the exam, difficulty level of the exam, performance of the candidate, previous year's cut offs trends availability of seats in the institution but if we look at previous years cut offs the chances of you getting CSE in Jaipur branch are very less as the cut offs for CSE are usually very high so better luck next time .
