MUOET is an online entrance test. The ground rule for any such test is that if the university itself hasn’t decided to make the paper public, then you can’t find it anywhere. Any other sources you find might not be the real paper but must be sample papers. So if you’re looking for previous year papers, search the Manipal website. If you don’t find it there then I’m sorry but you won’t find it anywhere else.

The cut offs of MU OET for different brances are different and it depends upon many factors like total number of seats available in each course, number of applicants for the particular course, performance of the candidate in exam, previous year cut off trends, annual intake of the institute so it is hard to tell now what rank you'll get with these marks however the last year cut offs for different branches are as follows, 

Automobile - 10590

Chemical - 11228

Civil- 16826

ECE- 4820

CSE - 1893

Biochemical - 36418

81 is a very average score. You can get rank around 15k-20k. 

Branches like civil, automobile are probably the options with this score but may get good branch in second counselling.
