I haven't written the MU OET exam, so I had to rely on Google and search for MU OET previous year papers. 

What I found on Quora, I would like to share with you:

Summary: MUOET is an online entrance test. The ground rule for any such test is that if the university itself hasn’t decided to make the paper public, then you can’t find it anywhere.

There's a book on MU OET published by Arihant. You can go through it or the BITSAT book will also help you although the questions in MU OET are not that tricky as compared to BITSAT.

Manipal University has released the MU OET 2018 application form on October 17, 2017. Candidates can fill the MU OET Application Form 2018 in online mode only.

Please hurry! The last date to apply for MU OET 2018 is today.

The fee of Rs 2,000:

• Rs. 600 - application fee +  Rs. 1400 - examination fee

has to be paid either through net banking, debit card, credit card or through a demand draft.

MU OET slot booking will be conducted in two phases with the first phase (for 1st and 2 nd attempt) set to start on March 31st 2018. MU OET slot booking for this phase will end on April 5.
