If you are gettting CSE in Comedk colleges. As you might be aware of the fact that, CSE is in very much demand nowadays, so you should consider CSE over Metallurgy. Metallurgy has less scope as compared to CSE. But if you are ready to do coding while managing your own branch, go for NITs. If you work hard and become a competent coder, your branch won't hold you back. Even if you don't get placed in campus placement, you can go for off-campus placements and show your skills over there. There are high chances that you can also get placed in a good company on campus. Maintain a decent CGPA and become a good coder. In my opinion, you should go for NITs if you are not getting CSE in top 5 Comedk Colleges. However, some people might not agree with my opinion. But, according to me, it is a good option.
