Dear candidate it's great that you have chosen Metallurgy as your career stream. Out of the two options that brings confusion, Punjab Engineering College is overall good but the Placement and Academic records doesn't reflect too impressive results. When comes to MNIT Jaipur, it's a better choice to be made.
See both the institutes you have mentioned are great in terms of infrastructure and academics. Now on the basis of placements conditions, I would recommend you to go for the Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering course over Metallurgy, because the placement rates are better for the course of ETE in IIIT
It solely depends upon you both are great colleges you will get great opportunities here both colleges have their alumni all over the world coming to choosing between iit bhu metallurgy and iit k chemistry the former is a btech course but the latter is a bsc course so it
