Fee varies in all colleges and with 240 there are less chances in BDS.
Through you can try in private colleges but even if you get the college shall be not of expected ROI later. So I will suggest you to prepare for next year and appear again.

Chances are not that high to get admission in BAMS govt. colleges in Maharashtra. Also wait for the NEET results as once its declared you can check the cutoff then.
