Hey.
For admission in SCB Medical College, Cuttak the cut off in 2017 was a rank of 34,423 and 479 marks for the SC category under the 85% state quota.
Considering your marks, you seem to have a high chance for admission in this particular college.

Based on your score in NEET UG 2018 and previous year cut offs, you have less chances of getting seat in the government medical colleges under all india quota and state quota. You may have chances to get seat in Goverment colleges under state quota. Use NEET UG College predictor to check the chances of getting seat in the mbbs /bds college.

Yes, the cut offs for ST category are low! So you can make up to Surat or jamnagar definitely. Though BJmc may be difficult.

Hello there,

The NEET cut off varies from year to year, state to state and as well as college to college. It also depends on the Quota you are applying through as well as the Category of Admission. Government and Private Colleges have cut-offs of their own.

Assuming you are applying through the 15% All India Quota under General Category for a Government Medical College, the cut-off for NEET 2017 was Rank 5579 which corresponds to a score of approximately 520 marks out of 720.

This year we are expecting a rise in cut off for government colleges. However, you can try through 85% State quota if you have domecile for the state. Your chances are higher through State Quota. All the very best!
