If you want to be a doctor & have interest in medical line then you should go for the preparation of NEET 2018 again. If you do hard work then you can score well for MBBS.
With this score, you have less chances to get seat there as for Govt colleges, more than 500 marks would be required. But with this score, you can try for private colleges if you want.Good Luck!!!
You haven't mentioned the State that you want to apply for. So it totally depends on what State you want to apply and if you want to apply under All India Quota or State Quota. State Quota has higher cut off marks. Neverthless, anything less than 550 in General is
