As a general category, Your expected Rank based on your score will be ranging from 25700-26200.You have less chances in 15 % quota seats, but you have decent chances for private colleges. And Chances are less for 85% quota seats for Gov. colleges as well.

Yes you can have chances to get admission in govt colleges under 15% quota but not the top ones under 15% quota.
