Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you as if you don't apply for category certificate at the time of admissions then you can not apply for it 2nd year if you belong to E.W.S category then you should certainly produce it during the admissions else you would be treated as general category students.

So as your are Biomedical Engineer ,there is a chance to get various colleges to pursue MHA course ,But for MSRUAS ,Bengaluru - a pass in MBBS, BDS, Nursing or equivalent degrees with at least 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA is applicable according to the official website.

Eligibility
In particular, to be eligible for MHA candidates need to have a UG degree in any stream be it Arts, Science, Agriculture, Management, Law, or Commerce.
