The MHT - CET or Common Entrance Test is an annual entrance exam conducted by the Government of Maharashtra .
It is conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education.
The degree courses of the following streams are mainly accounted for in this entrance exam:
Engineering.
B.pharma
You can attempt MHT-CET 3 times.
Minimum age requirement is 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission.
So, yes you can attempt Mhtcet again next year i.e in 2021

At this point in time, the State Common Entrance Test Cell hasn't released the cut offs yet for MHT CET 2020. Department of Technology, Shivaji University

see your rank is excellent , however I want to clarify about the government jobs of engineering discipline scenario in recent market trends. government sectors engineering jobs in mostly available for electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, electronics and telecommunications and civil engineering domain, so if your main target is to get government job in engineering domain , you should take any of the above mentioned streams.

According to your question and taking into consideration that you want to know about the score with respect to your percentile .
As you have 79.78 percentile and considering your shift was on 12th. I would like to say you it is impossible to predict the exact score because the quality of students are different in every shift and therefore in changes every year in every shift.
But still according to my calculations, your combined score should be around 60-70.
see I have checked the mhtcet 2020 information brochure. there is no particular date mentioned about ews certificate of issuing to verify for mhtcet2020. however for non creamy layer category, candidates need to submit the certificate which is valid upto 31 march, 2020. so since there is no particular dates of ews certificates is not stated in official brochure, then the current ews certificate would fine to do the application process. however you may also contact helpdesk for more clarification. follow the below link to know more details:

The MHT Score is valid for only one year so you need to give MHT CET 2021 for admissions in colleges. State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra will conduct MHT CET 2021 tentatively in the second week of April. The application form of MHT CET 2021 will be available only in online mode. Candidates will be able to download the MHT CET 2021 admit card tentatively in the first week of April. The exact dates are not yet declared. Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information. The final date to submit the application form will be tentatively in the final week of February 2021.
