DAVV CET is a common entrance test conducted for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate programs offered at Dehi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya and its affiliated colleges. Minimum Eligibility for MSc microbiology is BSc Biotech/Biotech (integrated) with 50% aggregate with biochemistry as one of the papers. Students who have passed BSc Honours in Biotechnology/ Microbiology/Botany/Zoology/Biology with 50% marks in aggregate of all the optionals are also eligible. Graduates with 50% marks in aggregate Agricultural Science/Dairy Sciences/Horticulture/Forestry/Fisheries/B Pharmacy/BE (Biotechnology) are also eligible.
Minimum Eligibility for MSc Biotechnology is UG Degree in Science with at least 50% aggregate marks of all the 3 optionals. Candidate should have studied Chemistry or Biochemistry compulsorily as an optional subject along with at least 1 of the following optional subjects- Microbiology/Biotechnology/Botany/Applied Botany/Zoology/Applied Zoology/Industrial Microbiology/Environmental Science/Genetics/Applied Genetics/Sericulture/Home Science/Life Science/Biological Science
Interested candidates can apply online/ offline with required information. Shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal Interview based on marks obtained in graduation. Candidates are selected based on marks obtained in graduation and performance in Personal Interview. There is no entrance exams for admission to these courses.
