Microbiology
There are 2 options that Candidates can opt under CSIR UGC NET. One is JRF and the other is Lecturership or Assistant Professor. There is no age limit for the position of Assistant professor. But for applying for JRF, the upper age limit is 28 years. It is 31 years for OBC-NCL and 33 years for SC,ST,PWD and female Candidates. If you fulfil this criteria, even with the 3 years gap you can appear for CSIR NET.

Msc in applied microbiology and biotechnology is a 2 year postgraduate degree in microbiology. The eligibility criteria for the same is students passing with 60% of marks in a relevant bsc subject but there are many reputed institutes which will conduct their own entrance test for admission.
For example, Banasthali Vidyapith conducts its own aptitude test for admission to this course

Go for medical microbiology if you want to be in medical sector. And if you want to be in non medical field go for plain microbiology.
Medical microbiology is basically deal with disease and normal/micro deal with every microbiology aspect like industrial, marine, dairy etc.

Since you don't have all of physics, chemistry and biology in your bsc so, Aiman you need to choose the code 02 dear as the code 02 is for those who have passed 12th in the year 2019 or before.
You need to choose code 02 because although you are in bsc right now but your highest qualification with Physics, Chemistry and Biology remains 10+2 , so you need to choose the code 02.

This is because even if you haven't completed your B.Sc 2nd sem, the highest qualification in which you had Physics, Chemistry and Biology is your 12th and hence your code will be 02.
