I'll recommend you better Submit your Digilocker Documents rather then Photostate. As Digilocker Documents are legal every. You can create your account on Digilocker and get you Digital marksheets. You can submit that in your college untill you get your original documents.

it is a decent college to pursue Mining engineering in Telangana. In case if you fail to get into NIT's or IIT's..Well equipped library with all kind of reference and competitive books for Mining engineering. As college is being funded by SCCL. It is easy to get permissions

I think you are misunderstood or misinformed.
There are only 6 branches offered by NIT Silchar in B.Tech.
These branches are-
1. Civil Engineering
2. CSE
3. Electrical Engineering
4. ECE
5. Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering
6. Mechanical Engineering

I don't know how exactly you got this doubt but let me be very clear about this. Only the top 2,20,000 candidates qualify JEE Main. These include the reserved categories as well. It means that the last qualifying candidate may have whatever category rank but his all india rank will
