After completing your diploma in mining engineering, you can sit for JELET exam, clearing which you will be able to do your btech as part of your higher studies to get good jobs with good salary. If you clear JELET exam, you can directly take admission in 2nd

Their are very few reputed colleges that accepts your ranks but keep checking till the last round. For sure you will find a good college of your choice. Also try taking up more entrance exams for more success rate
Firstly, you should mention your state as Rajasthan or outside, so if that is your out of Rajasthan rank, then the chances are very less but in the else case your chances are pretty high as the cutoff ranks for the government colleges in the REAP process is not super
