For full fees reimbursement, your TS EAMCET rank must be less than 10,000 and your parents must not be Goverment employees and their income must be less than Rs. 2 Lakhs per annum, for General Category and OBC category candidates. You can get fees reimbursement if you are eligible and meets above mentioned criteria.
Based on your TS EAMCET Rank, the possibility of getting full fees reimbursement for you depends and in addition to that you must meet above eligible criteria mentioned. So apply for it. MOMA scholarships 2022 are minority scholarships initiated by the Ministry of Minority Affairs. Under the MOMA scholarship scheme, students belonging to the minority communities of Muslim, Sikh, Christian, Buddhist, Jain and Zoroastrian (Parsi) can avail Pre-matric scholarships, Post-matric scholarships and Merit-cum-Means Scholarship for Professional and Technical Courses. The winners of these national minority scholarships receive a scholarship amount of up to INR 20,000 per annum. Sorry to disclose but there are no such Scholarship Schemes mentioned.

IIMSR,JALNA is minority private medical college situated in maharashtra allotted through maharashtra state counseling. As there is only two types of seats open which is for muslim minority and NRI quota.
So cut off marks for open category in muslims minority candidates was Air 70608 and 520 marks.
So if you are looking for admission in this college then your marks must be around 500+ in neet2021 to have your chances.

There are no linguistic minority colleges percentage. Linguistic Minority means a group of people speaking a minor language in a particular area or place means who speak that language in fewer numbers in a larger community. A certain amount of reservation is awarded to such minorities. These candidates based on their NEET score, if they do have Linguistic minority quota, can avail reservation for a seat in any Medical College should they get a meritorious score. Candidates belonging to EBC/BC/PH/Minority are eligible for partial fee reimbursement of Rs. 35,000 or the college fee whichever is lower. The annual income of parents' must be less than Rs. 1,00,000 if living in rural area and Rs. 1,50,000 if living in Urban area to claim fee reimbursement candidates belonging BC category. So, if your family's annual income is less than the given slab you are eligible for partial fee reimbursement.
