Congrats! For getting 374 marks under SC category in NEET 2020. But this marks is not more sufficient for get MBBS admission in Top government Medical Colleges.
But, if telangana is your home state then there you can take advantage of Home- state quota and also category

To be honest, both these colleges are really good. But for a comparitively better one, NIT mizoram is the better one in terms of placements. Here are the other factors you can consider:
