Yes, the final marksheet is accepted in all institutions. However, the particular institute would accept it only within the last day of their admission procedures. Hello,
At your percentile, you have a chance at some lower tier NITs in less popular courses like NIT Goa, NIT Agartala etc. You can even have a chance at mid tier NITs like Hamirpur, Jalandhar, Durgapur etc if you a reserved category student.
