NIT Allahabad comes in top NIT's ,although you belong to state quota ,still you need to work hard and your marks for ECE branch must be atleast 180-250,it will vary between this marks which will lead you to the rank between 3k-10k rank.For ECE branch previous year cutoff

MNIT Allahabad doesn't have a seat in female category in gen- PWD category for chemical engineering.
I see that you are interested in chemical science. So you want to go for chemical engineering. But sorry to say previous year they didn't have a seat for this category.

Well, comparing from the previous year analysis, it feels you can get admission at NIT allahabad and in NIT Calicut owing ot your category.
