Well, there are not so good chances to get it via counselling but I would recommend for the direct entry as for that just approach the college management and they would guide you through the rest of the process.

You are falling into the eligibility criteria and you have to appear for entrance tests as well. They would consider both the scores and then make the final list.
You can also try other colleges if you want to so that you don't miss out a year or so.
