for getting admission in nit allahabad for expected branch you need to score below 5000 orbetween 1000-5000 for cs only and remaing you need to get below 10k and taking cut off is 28k

Dayal bagh is a good institute but placements are not comparable with any of NiT allahabad or manipal university. Still you can choose it over manipal uniceunive since it is private institute.

With this score, chances of getting seat in NITs, IIITs, GFTIs & IITs are very less but you can try for state and private colleges which accept jee main score/rank.

Well for a general and OBC category person it would had jsut remained a dream.
But since you being an SC aspirant, you stand a very strong chance of getting selected at MNNIT.
Had you told your home state,it would be more easier for me to give an accurate decision.
Well for MNNIT it depend on your category as the stidents are recruited via JoSAA counseling.
Since you have not mentioned your category, I would assume you to be a general category.
So for getting a chance of selecting at MNNIT, you need ot have atleast under 17k rank.
