Go for IIT-ISM or other developing IITs (don't prefer new ones)
Go for DTU since due to location there placement records are much better than MNNIT.
Then choose MNNIT.
If you are really desperate take a year drop and prepare for good IITs.

Go for IT at MNNIT Allahabad. It's no less than CSE. MNNIT has better rank and placement record than SVNIT. But location of SVNIT is good and you'll enjoy city life of Surat.

NIT Allahabad Production Branch is on average not very good, NIT CALICUT Chemical is also on average and The best option is IIIT GWALIOR for CSE. If you share your score then accordingly I can help you more.
