You cannot get admission in mnnit allahabad through uptu as mnnit admissions are only made on jee main basis through josaa counseling only any other mode of admission is not possible at btech level you have mentioned that you have home state quota so it might get you some relaxation

how many Marks is necessary in jee main to get admission in MNIT , Allahabad in cs Branch? and In DTU in same Branch for outside Delhi?

To get CSE branch in MNIT Allahabad your rank should be under 3500 and marks should be more than 230.
To get CSE branch in DTU your rank should be under 2000 and marks should be more than 240.
