Hello Aspirant,
See as per your profile you belongs to MP so you are not eligible for government medical colleges of Rajasthan through state quota counselling of Rajasthan but you can get admission in the government medical colleges of Rajasthan through AIQ counselling conducted by MCC. And for that you should try to secure at least 615+ if you are seeking admission in decent government college.
Now for marks in NEET UG for GMCs of MP, if we go through previous years cut-offs then according to that, you should try to score at least 570+ marks out of 720 in NEET UG 2022(merely an assumption based on the allotment results of previous year) for government medical colleges through state quota counselling of MP.
You can check out previous years counselling allotment results from the official site as given below :-
NEET 2021 Cutoff MP - College-wise Cutoffs, Government & Private (careers360.com)
It is quite difficult to make any accurate prediction of cut-off for any particular college because the cut-off keeps on changing every year depending upon various factors such as :-
*** number of candidates appeared in NEET UG
*** difficulty level of the paper
*** top score for NEET UG
*** total number of seats available for admission and so on.
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use NEET College Predictor because it will make you comfortable while choice filling in counselling :-

Hello Aspirant
On the basis of the rank attained in the entrance exam, passing JEE Main can grant admission in MP's top government engineering colleges. After passing JEE, candidates can also compete in JEE(Advanced) (Main). The second level is JEE(Advanced), and passing it grants admission to the nation's IITs and IISc.
