MPH is a 2year course. Admission is based on merit list or entrance test. Minimum eligibility is a bachelor's degree with a 60% mark. Some of the top entrance exam conducting are JIPMER, PIMS-AICET , NEET PG, etc. You can only get admission in MPH in top colleges like JIPMER, with entrance test.
MPH course or Masters of Public Health is a 2-year, full-time program. The minimum eligibility criteria for MPH course is that the candidates are required to pass a bachelor degree program in health science or relevant field from a recognized university. The minimum marks required is 60%.The MPH Admissions are done either on the basis of merit list or entrance examinations.
Documents that are required in MPH admission are:
1. Letter of motivation- in this you have to write letter giving reasons for applying in MPH and your career plans. Do not repeat information already provided in your CV. Your letter should not exceed 600 words. Mention the specific interest in the area of public health you would like to work on during your studies or after it.
2. Curriculum Vitae- You have to submit your CV.
3. A scanned copy of your last diploma and official transcripts and marksheets.
4. Evidence of English proficiency- English language test results are required if your native language is not English. Only the following tests will be accepted as language proficiency proof: IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, CAE.
5. Recommendation- Two forms of recommendation to be filled in online by your referees are required for admission process.
6. Identity proof document is also required like passport.

The admission to MPH course at Dr. DY Patil Medical College, Pune will be done through an Entrance Test, and candidates must pass the entrance test with a 50% or above score. For admission, an 80 percent weighting should be provided to the Entrance Test and a 20% weighting should be given to marks in graduation examinations in the above topics from any Indian university or their equivalent.
The eligibility criteria to pursue 2 year Masters of Public Health course- The candidate should have Graduation in Health Science (MBBS, BAMS, BHMS) Dentistry, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Pharmacy, B.Sc. in Biostatistics, Botany, Zoology, Public Health, Biotechnology, Dairy Science, Veterinary Sciences, Home Science and Health Science from a recognized university.

To be eligible for MHA candidates need to have a UG degree in any stream be it Arts, Science, Agriculture, Management, Law, or Commerce. While for MPH course you need to have MBBS, BDS or other equivalent degree.
So in my knowledge you are eligible MHA course but not MPH.
