You can get good salary after B.pharm with your job experience but the only thing is that for promotion purpose M.pharm is required. If you only B.pharm graduate then your scope is limited and stagnant.

M.Pharmacy is a program which is done after finishing the B.Pharm degree.
So this is a masters program where in you will select a specialisation and you would be working on the project based on the specialisation that you chosen.

For doing M.pharm From AU Visakhapatnam with your favourite branch you have to go for conselling process in Gpat then only we will getting know that.

After getting a qualified rank in Gpat further you can go for NIPER exam.so that you get better institution. Otherwise Gpat qualification is only required for studying M.Pharm.
