After getting a qualified rank in Gpat further you can go for NIPER exam.so that you get better institution. Otherwise Gpat qualification is only required for studying M.Pharm.

Absolutely you can fulfill your dream by applying for both the exam Gpat and if you qualify Gpat you can further go for NIPER so that you can get scholarship as well as do your M.pharm in reputed institutions.
Assuming you are asking for GPAT (please correct me if I am wrong) as this is the common entrance for M.Pharm and its registration starts in the month of October and exam will be held in the month of January.

In case you want to go for GPAT, then the eligibility is given below -
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (4 years after 10+2). This is for lateral entry candidates too. Also, Candidates in final year of Bachelor’s of Pharmacy programme are also eligible to appear for GPAT 2018.

After your MPharma, you can continue as a research acientiss at various forms and get fellowship to various pharmaceutical societies and continue your further studies upto Phd. Or you can apply for teaching posts in any medical/pharmacological college. You can also enter corporate sector by getting jobs in
