Master of Pharmacy is a postgraduate degree in the field of pharmaceutical science. It is a 2 year course spread over 4 semesters. The minimum eligibility for pursuing M.pharmacy is that the candidate must have completed a B Pharmacy course from a college recognized by PCI.
The average Mpharm fees for 2 years is around INR 2,50,000. But it totally depends on the college and may increase in case of Private colleges.

The last to apply for NIPER JEE 2020 was June 25, 2020 and there is no provision to fill the online application form after the last date by any means. So you cannot apply by paying late fee. You must apply for it before the deadline. You may have to wait for next year or apply for any other entrance exam or college to get admission in M.Pharmacy.

Thank you for your query. According to the Punjab University website, there is no date specified for the release of the application form for admission into M Pharma. So you may have to wait for further notification.
