Im Sorry but you cannot do M.Pharm after D.Pharm. In order to do M.Pharm, you must need to have an Undergraduate degree.
D.Pharm is Diploma in pharmacy which includes 2 year programme , where as B.Pharm is an undergraduate degree which is 4 year programme. You can do M.Pharm

It is difficult to search for a good college which is providing admission without GPAT. So, I would advise you to first go for the entrance exam and then approach M.Pharm colleges to get admission in reputed and recognized colleges. Otherwise in which state you want to

The eligibility required to get admission for d pharma is...the candidate should have passed class12th with 55% and should have physics, chemistry, biology or mathematics in twelth.
For b pharma same process as of d pharma but here if candidate is having computer science or biotechnology they too
