Hi Uday,
To take admission in MPT( Master of Physiotherapy) course candidates need to qualify in BPT from a recognised university with an aggregate 50% marks and 6 months of internship.
NEET is a good option, but it's not compulsory some Universities offer admission directly based on the performance in BPT course. Or they conduct their own entrance exam.
Good luck!

Dear Sehraj, MPT always takes the upper hand because it is the right path after BPT. Having said that Psychology is not a small course. It has its own reach. Infact, MPT and Psychology are two different streams and so cannot be compared with each other. But with India being more keen on Sports off late, MPT will have better opportunities. And there has been also mental health awareness and this will open up equal opportunities for Psychologists as well. Salary wise, MPT Graduate gets paid better than a Psychology Graduate. So you need to consider this factor as well while taking a decision.
