see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on the number of participants, seat matrix, questions difficulty level etc. according to previous years cutoff you have less chances for iits and top nits which ever category you may belongs to. however you may apply for north east nits,

There is no limit on the number of attempts for NEET 2020.Candidates can appear for the exam as many times as they want.
The only Criterias of NEET MDS are :
The Question containing Inaapropriate or Abusive Words
Question lacks the basic details making it difficult to answer
Topic Tagged to the Question are not relevant to Question
Question drives traffic to external sites for promotional or commercial purposes
The Question is not relevant to User
