HELLO,
With 55 percentile in CET under the MS category , chances in top Mumbai colleges are minimal. However, you can still get admission in some private or new colleges in the region.
Your chances of admission depends on a few important factors:-
1.A 55 percentile in MH CET is considered on the lower side as most top and mid tier Mumbai colleges are generally close at much higher percentiles
2.As a MS candidate , you may be eligible for a significant number of seats reserved for students in government and aided institutions
3.With this 55 percentile you have better chances in lesser know private or newly established engineering colleges in the Mumbai region because chances in top government and reputed private colleges are very low
4.You can look for colleges in nearby regions like Navi Mumbai , Thane , Palghar where cutoffs are slightly lower
5.Try through management quota or institute level seats if you are particular about studying in Mumbai

Hello! Yes, you are eligible to participate in NEET PG counselling for MD/MS seats even if you previously joined a DNB course and resigned after 10 to 12 days. NEET PG counselling rules allow candidates who have left a DNB seat to reappear and opt for MD/MS seats, as long as they meet the eligibility criteria and have a valid NEET PG rank for the current year. However, you must disclose your earlier admission and resignation during the counselling process, and your previous joining will be recorded. Make sure to complete all required formalities and document submissions on time to secure a seat in the desired MD/MS course.
With your rank in NEET PG 2025 it is highly impossible to get into any other government colleges or top private colleges if possible attend state counselling for MS MD obgy and check whether any other institution offering seat with your rank based on your prefer state and location

At a rank of 45,336, getting MS-Obs & Gyn or Ophthalmology in top private colleges of MP is a little difficult, as these courses close at much lower ranks (under 20–30k usually). However, you may still have chances in some colleges .
You can use this tool for predict your college: https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-pg-college-predictor
For ENT, chances are better compared to Obs & Gyn. You should definitely apply in Mop-Up rounds where vacant seats often open up, and sometimes cut-offs go higher.
