You can take direct admission through management quota. if you take admission through this you don't have to take any entrance exam. you can get admission directly. but the fee structure for management quota is higher.

MS is done in aboard. you can choose it if you do 2-3 research work in the same domain and make it published in research publishing organisations like IEEE. you can make a CV and a cover letter  which states your potential and reason why you should do MS
