Once the correction window is closed they don't allow any changes so you will have to stick with whatever you have filled in right now. Moreover all IISERs are equally good. You can try your luck in counselling though.

For your NEET PG Rank you have chances of getting MD General Surgery based on previous year's cut-offs. You may get a seat but not surely in Government College, if you won't get government college then try for Top Private Colleges. But cu t-offs changes from year to year
