As you had not mentioned your category , I will give you cut-off ranks for 4 categories GEN , OBC  , SC and ST. For KCET , cut-off ranks are General (7837 ) , OBC (13039 ) , SC (29024 ) , ST (18909 ) and for  COMEDK UGET cut-off ranks for General, OBC , SC , ST is 26258 .

Well what you have been alloted should be the final thing but since you are asking about the case of moving to a different campus of the same college, there might be an option of Migration allowed which you will have to check with the college authority.
